The Go for Life Games

Involve older people in recreational sport. The emphasis of the Games is on participation and fun, played in a non-competitive way. The Go for Life Games include Malai (an adaption of the game of cornhole), Scidils (an adaption of the game of skittles) and Flisk (an adaption of the game of frisbee and horseshoe pitching). Older adult groups can get in touch with Age & Opportunity or their Local Sports Partnership to organise an “Introduction to the Go for Life Games” workshop in their community.
