The Kiltoom & Cam Community Group recently participated in an Activator Poles Taster Session at the St. Brigid's GAA club facilities. 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 - 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝟲-𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 🎉Our expert-led Health & Wellbeing Programme commences on Wednesday, October 11th, at 7 pm.
